Final night of WKSF features wrestling, more truck and tractor pulls

It’s the final day of the Western Kentucky State Fair and there are plenty of activities to cap off a fun week.

6,863 people attended the fair Friday, more than the 6,608 who went through the gates on the final Friday last year.

Gates open at 3, rides at 4 and Tony Meacham from the Fair Board says there will be wrestling in the air-conditioned convention center at 7 and more Mid-South truck and tractor pulls in the grandstand at 7 o’clock.

The petting zoo remains open at the livestock pavilion and there will be a pedal pull competition in front of the convention center at 6.
