It’s Christian County Farm Bureau Day at the Western Kentucky State Fair.
4,026 people went to the fair Wednesday, well ahead of last year’s 2,206 Wednesday attendance number.
Members can get in free from 4:30 until 6 p.m. with the coupon they received in the mail and their annual meeting begins at 6 in the air-conditioned convention center. Tony Meacham with the Fair Board says it should be a big evening with farm stock tractor and diesel truck pulls at 7 in the grandstand.
It’s another $20 unlimited ride arm band night, there will be a 4-H/FFA sheep show in the livestock pavilion at 5 and a market goat show at 7:30.
