In-house absentee voting continues Monday-Wednesday

In-house absentee voting resumes Monday at county clerk offices across Kentucky and continues until Wednesday.

Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams says you must have a reason why you can’t vote on Election Day—Tuesday, May 17—or during early voting Thursday through Saturday if you intend to cast an absentee ballot.

Clerk offices will offer the absentee voting from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

It’s too late to request a mail-in absentee ballot and Secretary Adams reminds that if you have a paper absentee ballot in your home, you must mail it back in time for it to arrive at your county clerk’s office on or before Election Day.
