A former Trigg County High School teacher has been indicted for first-degree sexual abuse by a Christian County Grand Jury.
Thirty-nine year-old Ashley Wells of Hopkinsville was indicted by a Christian County Grand Jury Friday for first-degree sexual abuse, with the indictment alleging she made sexual contact in December of 2016 with a minor with whom she held a position of special authority or trust.
Kentucky State Police investigated and no further information was immediately available.
