The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of Donaldson Creek Road in Trigg County on Tuesday.
Officials say it will be closed between the 4 and 5 mile-marker to allow a cross drain to be replaced. This is between Pay Lake Road and Donnie Lane, about a mile west of the South Road intersection.
The roadway at this site is expected to close around 8 a.m. after the morning school bus run. Donaldson Creek Road is expected to reopen to traffic around 3 p.m. Tuesday.
There will be no marked detour.
