The Los Angelea Dodgers defeated the Cincinnati Reds again last night 3-1 at Dodger Stadium. Game three is this evening with pregame at 8:40 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP.

Elsewhere in the National League: The St. Louis Cardinals clubbed the Milwaukee Brewers 10-1, the Colorado Rockies edged the Chicago Cubs 6-5 and the Atlanta Braves topped the San Diego Padres 5-3.

NHL

The Nashville Predators are back in action today with a matinee game against the Chicago Blackhawks. First puck drops at 11:30 am in Bridgestone Arena.

NBA

Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies meet the Minnesota Timberwolves in game one of their NBA Playoff series this afternoon. Tipoff is at 2:30 in the Fed Ex Forum in Memphis.

Golf

Princeton’s Emma Talley had her second straight one under 71 Friday in the third round of the LPGA Tour’s Lotte Championship in Hawaii. Talley stands at one over par 217 going into Saturday’s final round.

On the PGA Tour: Patruck Cantlay at nine under par has a two shot lead on Robert Streb going into Saturday’s third round of the RBC Heritage at Hilton Head Island, SC. Louisville area native Justin Thomas is tied for 43rd at one under par while Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker missed the cut.
