A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a sodomy charge Wednesday after he allegedly admitted to making sexual contact with a small child.
An arrest citation for 44-year old Dustin McDaniel of Hopkinsville says the victim told police during a forensic interview that McDaniel had made sexual contact with her when she was approximately five years old.
When interviewed by Hopkinsville police, McDaniel reportedly admitted to the act.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree sodomy against a victim under the age of 12.
