Kentucky gained another 4,051 new COVID-19 cases from Monday to Tuesday, while the positivity rate continues to fall.
According to an update, the positivity rate is now at 17.16 percent—down from 17.93 the day before. There were 34 newly reported deaths, bringing the death toll in the Commonwealth up to 13,450 since the pandemic began.
There are currently 1,765 people in the hospital with COVID-19, 322 in the ICU and 167 on a ventilator.
