Russellville coach Mikey Benton was named the Class A Coach of the Year Monday by the Kentucky Football Coaches Association. He led the Panthers to the Class A final before losing to Pikeville. St. X coach Kevin Wallace was named the Class 6-A Coach of the Year. Wallace led his team to the Class 6-A title and has now won state titles with two different schools, St. X and Bowling Green.
