Pembroke got into the holiday spirit Tuesday night, lighting the town’s Christmas tree and welcoming Santa and one of his reindeer to Christian County.
Mayor Judy Peterson was among those speaking, saying it’s great to be back together to celebrate Christmas this year, with new comers getting to meet their neighbors while enjoying a Christmas tradition.
Little ones got to take pictures with Santa and pet his reindeer and the crowd sang carols on a cold December evening.
