Man arrested for stalking, violating EPO charges

A Hopkinsville man was arrested early Sunday morning on a stalking charge after allegedly violating an emergency protective order on multiple occasions.

An arrest citation for 42-year old Joshua Keith Meacham of Hopkinsville says he sent a series of texts to the victim Saturday that were threatening in nature and the victim provided video surveillance footage of Meacham at her home on multiple occasions in violation of a court order.

Meacham was arrested and charged with first-degree stalking and violation of an EPO.
