Daniel Mason seeking GOP nomination for Christian Co. Judge-Executive

There’s another contender throwing a hat in the race for Christian-County Judge Executive, as Daniel Mason announced he will be filing to run for election to that seat.

The registered nurse will run as a Republican, and will face-off against Jerry Gilliam and Katie Moyer in a primary election, to see who will go on to face incumbent Democrat Steve Tribble, who is currently the only democrat who has filed for that office.

Mason says in a statement on his website that he can find new solutions to old problems, saying, “I am a homeowner, a husband, a father, a grandfather, a Christian, a magna cum laude college graduate, a former process engineer for TGASK, former nursing supervisor for Jennie Stuart Health, and currently a contract nurse specializing in critical care and emergency medicine.”

He continues, “I offer not a long political resume, but I have a life-long education overcoming challenges, enduring struggle, extending a hand to those slapped by the back hand of life, and finding new ways to fix old problems.”
