District 6 Christian Fiscal Court Magistrate Philip Peterson is seeking re-election in 2022 and there will be a contested race in District 3.
The Republican Peterson, a Pembroke resident, is seeking a second term on the court.
District 3 Magistrate Mark Cansler, a Democrat, filed for re-election and is opposed by Republican George Barnett, who lost to Cansler by a slim margin in 2018.
