District Judge Foster Cotthoff has officially filed his paperwork to seek re-election and continuing serving as judge in Division Two.
In a post to social media, Judge Cotthoff says it’s been a privilege to do the people’s work from this spot on the bench and he sincerely hopes to serve for another four years. He says, “I appreciate the support that I have continually received since I first ran for District Judge in 2014.”
Judge Cotthoff was elected as vice president of the Kentucky District Judges’ Association in 2017.
Judicial races are non-partisan in Kentucky.
