Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson COVID booster shots are now available at the Christian County Health Department for qualifying individuals.
It must be at least six months since your second dose to qualify for the Moderna or Pfizer. Anyone 65 or older qualifies, as do adults living in long-term care facilities or working in high-risk settings.
Adults with certain underlying health conditions also qualify.
Those who received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine can receive a booster two months after their initial dose.
The health department urges residents to make an appointment for a Tuesday or Thursday on their website to avoid long wait times.
