A man on foot was hit and killed by a vehicle Tuesday night on Tiny Town Road in Clarksville.
Police say 67-year old John Hill-Nicholson had been traveling eastbound on Tiny Town when some items he was hauling in a trailer fell off.
He stopped in the center near Green Acres and was struck by a westbound automobile.
Hill-Nicholson was taken by ambulance to Tennova Health, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
