Todd Co. grand jury indicts men for sexual abuse, felony thefts

A Todd County grand jury has indicted a man for alleged sexual abuse of a minor.

An indictment for first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12 and unlawful transaction with a minor involving an illegal sex act was returned against 30-year old Walter Kenniston of Camden, Tennessee.

The indictment alleges that on June 1 of this year in Todd County, Kenniston forced a young child to make sexual contact with him.

An indictment against 46-year old Bradley Scott Henderson of Beech Creek was returned for two counts of felony theft, felony criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools and possession of methamphetamine.

Henderson allegedly stole five walnut tree logs belonging to Chris Brandon in Todd County in August and September, causing damage to a corn field in the process.
