Christian County School System Superintendent Chris Bentzel continues to be pleased with the district’s trajectory of decreasing COVID numbers.
There were 17 active student cases and only four active faculty and staff cases as of the most recent COVID dashboard update and Bentzel says the falling numbers have allowed them to stick with in-person learning across the county.
He thanked the community for the efforts the public has made to slow the spread of COVID and believes things are getting better.
There are 48 student school-acquired close contacts and only one faculty or staff school-acquired close contact.
