Kentucky’s unemployment rate was unchanged from August to September.
The September jobless rate was 4.3 percent, unchanged from August and down 1.2 percentage points from the 5.5 percent recorded for the state one year ago.
The U.S. jobless rate for September was 4.8 percent, down from the 5.2 percent reported in August, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
