Former state Representative Martha Jane King of Lewisburg is recovering from COVID-19 and says she’d likely be in far worse condition if she had not been vaccinated.
King made a short video while taking a Regeneron treatment in a hospital tent and says being fully-vaccinated likely kept her from having to be admitted to a hospital or worse.
She’s encouraging people across Kentucky who have been hesitant to go ahead and get vaccinated to help yourself have a positive outcome, should you contract COVID.
King said Monday morning she was still at home and recovering well.
