The Clarksville couple that had had a Silver Alert issued on their behalf Wednesday morning have been located and are safe.
The TBI says 69-year-old Paul Elam and 63-year-old Daisy Roberts may be in a Dodge Grand Caravan with Tennessee tags DP80291. Both individuals have medical issues that could hinder their ability to return home. An update from the Clarksville Police Department states that the couple were located in Barren County, Kentucky at around noon Wednesday.
