The 2021 season begins for the Tennessee Titans Sunday as they welcome the Arizona Cardinals. Arizona has won the last two games between the teams and leads the series 7-4. Wide receiver Julio Jones will make his regular season debut for the Titans. Kickoff at Nissan Stadium is at noon.
Golf
It’s a three way tie for the lead after round one of the Ascension Charity Classic on PGA Tour Champions in St. Louis. Paul Goydos, Doug Barron and Marco Dawson are at five under 65. Kentuckian Steve Flesch among five golfers one shot back at four under 66 and Franklin’s Kenny Perry is tied for 16th at two under par 68. Second round play is on Saturday.
NASCAR
The NASCAR playoffs continue Saturday in Richmond. Denny Hamlin has already punched his ticket to the next round after an exciting win in Darlington last week. Kyle Larson will be on the pole for the race as he looks to move onto the round of 12. Hamlin will join him up front. Martin Truex Jr., Kurt Busch, and Kevin Harvick round out the top five.
