The Christian County Health Department reported 78 new cases of COVID-19 locally in the last week.
The last update was on July 23 and in that time frame, the county saw an increase of 78 coronavirus cases, putting the overall total since the pandemic began at 7,340. Of that, 143 cases are considered active and 7,095 individuals have recovered from the virus. Christian County has had 102 COVID-19 related deaths.
To date, the health department has administered 27,743.
