Ravens QB Jackson tests positive for Covid, WR Cobb to return to Green Bay

As the Baltimore Ravens start training camp, they do so without their quarterback. Lamar Jackson has landed on the Covid-19 list. NBC Sports-Washington reports Ravens coach John Harbaugh as saying Jackson tested negative from July 21 until Monday of this week before the positive result came back Tuesday. The former Louisville product will miss 10 days of training camp.

Wide receiver Randall Cobb says he’s headed back to the Green Bay Packers to reunite with quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Cobb-who played for the Houston Texans in 2020 and the Dallas Cowboys before that in 2019-was one of the concessions Rodgers wanted to play for them this season, so the Packers made the trade with the Texans.
