The Todd County Central High School Site Based Decision Making Council has selected the next principal for the school and he’s a familiar face.
Lee Quarles has served as assistant principal for Todd Central since July 2019.
Prior to working in Todd County Schools, Quarles was with the Clarksville Montgomery County School System in a high school setting for over 12 years, including time as an exceptional education teacher at Kenwood High School.
A news release quotes Quarles as saying, “We are all in this together. By ‘all’ I mean the student body, faculty, staff and community. I am very excited about the opportunities to be able to work together with our school, our families, and our community for the benefit of our children.”
Superintendent Mark Thomas added, “Mr. Quarles brings to us a world of knowledge along with a variety of skill sets. Mr. Quarles is committed to ensuring that all students learn to their maximum potential and to fostering innovation through collaboration with teachers, staff, students and families.”
