Western Kentucky’s DeAngelo Malone was named today to the Bednarik Award Preseason Award watch list for the second straight season. Malone-a senior defensive end from Atlanta-had 71 tackles and six quarterback sacks in the 2020 season. The Bednarik Award is presented to the nation’s best defensive player.
