No major damage or injuries after tornado, severe thunderstorm warnings

There was no major damage or injuries reported in the area after a series of severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings last night and early this morning in Christian and Todd County.

A dispatcher at Christian County ECC reported trees down in the 12000 block of Fruit Hill Red Bridge Road and in the 5000 block of Bradshaw Road, but no damage to any structures.

Todd County Dispatch had not received any damage reports from the weather and both counties reported their tornado sirens activated when the warning was issued a little before 3 a.m.

Over 200 Pennyrile Electric members were without power at one time, that number was down to 31 as of about 6 a.m.
