Brice Long’s Back to Back Foundation concert fundraiser Saturday night was a big success, raising $90,500.
That money will help families in need in Christian, Todd and Trigg counties have a better Christmas and will also address other needs the foundation finds in those communities.
Since its inception, the Back to Back Foundation has raised $822,000 and has directly helped 450 families.
Long performed Saturday night and welcomed songwriter friends Phillip White, Marla Cannon-Goodman and Josh Martin.
A virtual option was offered to those who couldn’t make it to the Alhambra, or who didn’t feel comfortable getting out into a crowd due to COVID concerns.
Long said he hadn’t played the Alhambra in over 30 years and called the experience ‘amazing.’
