A Madisonville woman was arrested Sunday afternoon after she allegedly fired a gun as she left a department store.
Madisonville police say 37-year old Candis Doss of Madisonville was in a verbal altercation with someone inside the Burke’s Outlet on Madison Square Drive about 1:45 p.m. when she allegedly produced a handgun and began waving it around the store.
As she exited the store, she allegedly fired one shot in an unknown direction.
No one was injured and there were no reports of damage, but Doss was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
