The Belmont Bruins improved to 18-1 on the season with a 72-71 win over Murray State. The Racers did get 18 points and 16 rebounds from KJ Williams on a losing effort. Murray State is 7-8 overall and plays at Southeast Missouri Monday night at 6 pm.
In the women’s game, Murray State fell to Belmont 66-54. The Racers are 8-9 on the season and play at Morehead State Thursday night.
