The Todd County Health Department announced the county’s 17th COVID-19 related death Friday.
No details were given about the victim by the health department, which also announced two more COVID-19 cases, putting the overall total there at 703. The new cases are described as otherwise healthy adults who are experiencing mild or mild to moderate symptoms while isolating at home.
As of Friday, 626 of Todd County’s cases have recovered from the virus, 52 are healing at home and 8 are currently hospitalized.
