Four people were found dead Sunday morning at a home near Mayfield.
Kentucky State Police received a call just before 8:30 a.m. regarding a shooting at a home on Smith’s Lane south of Mayfield and troopers located four victims inside the home.
A news release says autopsies were scheduled on all four victims Monday at the Western Kentucky Medical Examiner’s Office in Madisonville.
The Mayfield Independent School System says two of the victims are students and that they are providing counselors to their classmates who may need support.
