Representative Myron Dossett of Pembroke has been selected to serve on multiple committees during the 2021 session of the Kentucky General Assembly.
He will serve as chair the Budget Review Subcommittee on Personnel, Public Retirement and Finance. He will also serve as a member of the Appropriations and Revenue, Agriculture, Education, Natural Resources and Energy, and Veterans, Military Affairs and Public Protection committees. The short session is set to begin on January 5.
Dossett says, “I’m humbled by the trust that House Leadership has to allow me to continue serving on the Appropriation and Revenue Committee, which shapes our Commonwealth’s budget priorities. I will strive to ensure that our citizen’s tax dollars are spent wisely with great thought.”
Dossett serves the state’s Ninth House District, which includes portions of Christian County and Hopkins County.
