Two men from Hopkinsville and Cadiz were arrested on multiple charges following an investigation Tuesday morning in Murray.
The Murray Police Department responded to a complaint of suspicious activity at a hotel a few minutes after 9 a.m. and found 27-year old Devin Pucket of Cadiz and 31-year old Donnie Thomas of Hopkinsville sitting inside a truck, according to a news release.
Police say Pucket initially attempted to flee on foot, but then returned and tried to get away in the vehicle. Pucket and Thomas were both taken into custody and investigation determined the pickup they were in had been reported stolen.
A third suspect at the scene, 31-year old Kelly Willis of Ashland, was determined to be associated with the men.
Thomas was arrested for felony receiving stolen property and Willis and Pucket were served with warrants.
Police say detectives found items related to forgery of credit cards with the suspects and more charges are expected.
