While investigating at that residence, more shots were reportedly fired at home in the 10000 block of Hart Road.

A suspect, 44-year old Brian Ellis of Hopkinsville, was located at a home on Wallace Avenue and investigation determined him to be involved with both incidents.  Ellis was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder, six counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

No one was injured during the incidents.
