Kentucky State Police have released additional details on a fatal head-on collision from Friday morning on Graysville Road in southern Todd County.
KSP says 24-year old Christopher Stokes of Guthrie was eastbound about a mile from KY 181 when for unknown reasons he crossed into westbound traffic and collided with a vehicle driven by 68-year old Suzanne Rose Reynolds of Clarksville.
Reynolds was pronounced dead at the scene by the Todd County Coroner’s Office and Stokes was transported by EMS to Tennova Health Hospital.
The Todd County Sheriff’s Office, Guthrie Police, Guthrie Volunteer Fire Department and Todd County Rescue Squad assisted at the scene.
