Todd County has a 59th confirmed case of COVID-19.
The adult with underlying health conditions is in a congregate setting with moderate symptoms, according to the Todd County Health Department.
The patient is not connected to any previous known cases and contacts have been notified to quarantine for 14 days.
Eleven of Todd County’s 59 cases are active and the other 48 have recovered.
