Hopkinsville police made an arrest Wednesday morning for a burglary at a local business.
Officers were investigating a burglary at Atmos Energy on East Ninth Street, where $7,500 worth of tools and a tablet were stolen.
A traffic stop was made on a vehicle driven by 45-year old Christopher Davis of Hopkinsville and an arrest citation says tools removed from the Atmos property were located in his automobile.
Davis agreed to speak to police and allegedly admitted to stealing the items.
He was charged with third-degree burglary.
