Western Kentucky’s basketball program signed two players on Friday. The first is Kevin Oswae, a 6-6 forward from Brampton, Ontario, Canada, who has spent the last two seasons at Vincennes University. Also signing was Kylen Milton, a 6-5 guard from Conway, Ark., who played last season for CORE4 Academy in Atlanta.
