The widening of KY 911 in south Christian County to five lanes continues and motorists can expect a 25 miles per hour speed restriction in the construction area.
According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the work will encompass the section of roadway from U.S. 41-A to the railroad tracks. The speed limit for the section under construction has been reduced to 25 MPH, a new striping pattern has been installed, and motorists can anticipate 10 foot wide restrictions.
This section of highway is part of a larger project that will ultimately connect with KY 115 and is slated for completion in the fall of 2020.
