Hopkinsville police charged a woman on Apache Drive Monday night with felony criminal mischief after she allegedly used her vehicle to cause damage to another automobile.
A citation for 36-year old Deserai Hart of Cadiz alleges she intentionally backed into a vehicle belonging to 73-year old Richard Hart, causing over $1,000 worth of damage.
Deserai Hart is charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
