Hopkins Count up to 73 COVID cases, 19 have recovered

There are now 73 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Hopkins County.

That’s up from 62 Monday and Hopkins County Public Health Director Denise Beach says their research continues to reveal the virus spreading in groups of people not practicing social distancing.

She says most of the Hopkins County patients are experiencing the symptoms Americans have become accustomed to hearing about.

The good news is 19 Hopkins County residents have fully recovered.

Four people have died from COVID-19 in Hopkins County.
