A Clarksville man was killed in an accident involving a pickup and a motorcycle Friday in Montgomery County.
The preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol says 49-year old Marty Herald of Clarksville was northbound on Highway 237 in a pickup and attempted to turn left onto Ross Road.
Herald drove into the path of a southbound motorcycle operated by 35-year old Robert Siefers of Clarksville.
Siefers was thrown from the motorcycle and died from his injuries. Herald was not injured in the crash.
