Hopkinsville is now home to a new restaurant and game room following a ribbon cutting Friday afternoon celebrating the grand opening of Hoptown Foodies.
Hoptown Foodies is owned by Hemal Patel and Ashish Shah and is located at 308 North Main Street, where AJ’s Kitchen was once located. The restaurant has undergone some renovations and Patel says they’ll serve up all types of food from chicken, to pizzas and a verity of breakfast foods.
He says they were eager to open this establishment in Hopkinsville, which includes a game room, in the hope of bringing a family-friendly eatery to that area of the city.
Patel says he owns the Colonial Motel next door and they thought it just made sense to opens this restaurant right there and serve the community.
