Former Kentucky quarterback Lynn Bowden bested Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and Memphis Grizzlies rookie Ja Morant to win the Lexington Herald Leader’s 2019 Kentucky Sports Figure of the Year. Bowden led the Wildcats to a post season appearance in the Belk Bowl in which Kentucky won the game with two scores in the last 15 seconds.
