Dawson Springs Police say a fugitive who is considered armed and dangerous has been seen in the area of Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park.
Joshua Vinson is sought by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department and authorities in Fayette County. He has ties to the Dawson Springs area, according to police.
Anyone knowing his whereabouts should call their local law enforcement agency.
