Western Kentucky owns three of the top honors in Conference USA. The league announced Wednesday quarterback Ty Storey was named the Newcomer of the Year, DeAngelo Malone was named the Defensive Player of the Year and head coach Tyson Helton was named Coach of the Year. The 8-4 Hilltoppers will meet Western Michigan in the First Responder Bowl in Dallas on December 30th.
