Two people were displaced by a fire that began in the boiler room Wednesday night at Morris Estates on Sivley Road.
The fire got into the wall and was extinguished by Hopkinsville firefighters, according to Captain Michael Pendleton, who says the building was evacuated and two people living in one of the apartments were displaced.
The American Red Cross was called to assist those residents.
There were no reports of any injuries in the blaze.
