A Hopkinsville man was served with a Montgomery County, Tennessee warrant Friday night alleging he pointed a gun at a woman during an argument in Clarksville.
The alleged incident happened November 13 on Henderson Way in Clarksville, when 31-year old Samuel De Dios of Hopkinsville and his girlfriend had been in a domestic dispute. The warrant says De Dios left twice and then came back, pointing the pistol at the victim the second time and saying he’d be better off to kill her.
De Dios was arrested by Hopkinsville police at a home on Merriwood Parkway and is being held in the Christian County Jail as a fugitive from another state. He is facing one count of aggravated domestic assault in Montgomery County.
