A motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital after he struck a deer Sunday afternoon in Trigg County.
The man was northbound on South Road when he struck the deer and laid his bike down, according to Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Danielle Adams.
She says the biker, whose name has not been released, was taken by EMS to Tennova Health Hospital in Clarksville for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
